What is World Tour?

World Tour is a one-day event that features training and inspiration from home office presenters and Consultant leaders to help you grow your Scentsy business, plus a product display where you can see and experience new Spring/Summer 2025 products.

When and where is World Tour?

Between Jan. 31 and March 1, 2025, we’ll be stopping in 52 cities across North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. A complete list of dates and locations is available in the Events section and on the Consultant Calendar of your Workstation.

Is there a limit to the number of guests I can bring?

No! Bring as many friends, family members or customers as you like, and as capacity by location allows. It’s a great opportunity to introduce them to what Scentsy’s all about. Guests cannot be Scentsy Consultants.

If my guest decides they can’t come, can I bring someone else?

Of course! If your guest changes their mind before registration closes Dec. 31, 2024, simply edit your registration in the Events section of your Workstation. If they change their mind after registration ends, please contact the Events team by creating a support request on your Workstation.

Can new Consultants who enroll after registration closes still attend World Tour?

New Consultant registration will be available for Consultants who enroll after Dec. 31, 2024, as long as capacity hasn’t been met for their desired location. Consultants who register after Dec. 31 may receive their Spirit Kit after their event and they will not be eligible to receive the 500 incentive trip points.

Is walk-in registration available?

Walk-in registration will be available as space allows. To receive the 500 incentive points and save your spot at your preferred location, be sure to register in the Events section of your Workstation by Dec. 31, 2024.

When will I receive my 500 incentive trip points?

Your 500 non-sponsoring incentive trip points will be applied to your account after you register for the event.

If I choose walk-in registration, will I still get the 500 incentive trip points?

No. Due to the timing of World Tour events and the incentive trip qualification period, you must register for World Tour by Dec. 31, 2024, to receive the points. Walk-in registration and on-site registration upgrades will not be eligible for the incentive points.

What happens if my location sells out?

Space is limited to the number of seats available in each location, so registration will be completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Register as soon as possible to reserve your spot!

Can I attend more than one event?

Of course! You are invited to register for as many events as you like, based on capacity by location. You will need to pay the registration fee for each location you attend.*

*SuperStar Directors are invited to pay a single registration fee and attend more than one event in support of your teams. At your first event, you will receive a button from Scentsy staff to use at each additional event, as capacity allows by location.

What is included in the World Tour 2025 Spirit Kit?

The kit includes a workbook, name badge and lanyard, plus an exclusive set of three Scent Circles (for Consultants only), delivered to your home before the event.

When will I receive my World Tour 2025 Spirit Kit?

Spirit Kits will be shipped after registration closes Dec. 31, 2024.

Do I have to attend to get the kit?

No. Your Spirit Kit will be mailed after registration closes to the address you have listed on your Consultant account. Your registered guests’ Spirit Kits will also be mailed to you. You will not receive the collection of Spring/Summer 2025 products if you do not attend.

Should I bring my Spirit Kit with me to the event?

Yes! Wear your name badge and lanyard to make it easier to mingle with fellow attendees and receive giveaways. You’ll also want to bring your workbook and a pen so you can follow along and take great notes.

What is the exclusive challenge for World Tour attendees?

We will share all the challenge details, including what prize you can earn, at World Tour!

What happens if my guest becomes a Scentsy Consultant at World Tour?

Major celebration! They will also have the option to upgrade their World Tour registration onsite to receive the full Consultant giveaway.

What if my guest becomes a new Consultant before World Tour?

If your registered guest becomes a Consultant before registration closes on Dec. 31, 2024, cancel them as a guest on your registration so they can register as a Consultant and receive the full giveaway, plus the 500 non-sponsoring incentive trip points.

If your registered guest becomes a Consultant after registration closes on Dec. 31, 2024, they will have the option to upgrade their registration at World Tour to receive the full Consultant giveaway. Onsite upgrades will not qualify for the 500 incentive trip points.

What is the cancellation policy?

• You can make changes to your registration until 11:59 p.m. PT Dec. 31, 2024, in the Events section of your Workstation. However, if you use PayPal or iDEAL to pay your registration fee, you’ll need to submit a support request to Events to cancel your registration and then re-register to make changes.
• You may cancel your registration until 11:59 p.m. PT Dec. 31, 2024, and you will receive a refund minus a $25 USD cancellation fee. To cancel your registration, you’ll need to submit a support request to Events.
• No changes, additions or deletions to your registration may be made after 11:59 p.m. PT Dec. 31, 2024.
