What is the Scentsy Air and how does it work?

The Scentsy Air is a large room fan diffuser. It uses a fan to push air through Scentsy Pods for an immediate fragrance experience. Ideal for larger spaces, it will scent areas from 250 to 1,000 square feet.

What Scentsy fragrance product does the Scentsy Air use?

The Scentsy Air is designed to be used with Scentsy Pods and can be filled with up to four Pods at a time.

Are there different fan settings?

There are three fan modes: Low (for areas 250-500 square feet), Standard (500-750 square feet) and High (750-1,000 square feet).

Can you adjust the fragrance intensity?

Yes. You can adjust the fragrance intensity with the fan modes, and by using one to four Scentsy Pods.

Does the fragrance throw vary if I use less than four Scentsy Pods?

Yes. The fragrance strength and throw will be stronger the more Scentsy Pods you use. We recommend four Pods to scent a room up to 1,000 square feet on the High fan mode.

What are the light settings?

There are 14 light modes, including 12 color options, rainbow and candle flicker.

Can you use the Scentsy Air without lights?

Yes. Press and hold light button or cycle through all the light options until it turns off.

Does the Scentsy Air have a timer or switch off automatically?

You can run it continuously or set a timer for two, four or eight hours. If you use the timer, the Scentsy Air will turn off when the selected time has elapsed.

Where do the Scentsy Pods go?

Scentsy Pods are placed under the shade.

How do you take the shade off?

Hold onto the base and pull the shade from the top to remove.

Will the fabric on the shade discolor over time?

Possibly, depending on whether it’s placed in direct sunlight. We advise keeping the Scentsy Air out of direct sunlight.

Does the Scentsy Air use a USB cord?

Yes. One USB-A cord is included.

How long is the cord?

The cord is approximately 4.9 feet (1.5 meters).

Is the Scentsy Air rechargeable, or does it require batteries?

No. The USB cord is the only source of power. The Scentsy Air must be plugged in to operate.

How much power does it use?

The Scentsy Air uses 4 watts of power.

What adapter do I need?

The USB cord can plug into a 5 volt/2A USB power adapter (not included).

How much does it weigh?

The Scentsy Air weighs 1.32 pounds (600 grams).

What are the measurements?

The Scentsy Air is 5″ tall and 7″ wide.

Is it one big fan or four separate fans?

Just one big fan!

Can I mix and match Scentsy Pods?

Yes!

How long do Scentsy Pods last?

Each Scentsy Pod provides 120 hours of fragrance. Scentsy Pods are sold in packs of two.

Can I change the shade?

The shade is removable. However, at this time, we only have one shade option.

Why is it more expensive than other Scentsy Fan Diffusers?

The Scentsy Air is the largest of our Fan Diffusers. It has a more powerful fan that can fill areas up to 1,000 square feet with fragrance from four Scentsy Pods.

How do you clean a Scentsy Air?

To clean the base, turn off and unplug the Scentsy Air, remove the shade and any Scentsy Pods, and wipe the unit with a clean, dry towel. To clean the shade, remove it from the base and spot treat with soap and cold water only. Let it dry thoroughly before use.

Is this an air purifier?

No. The Scentsy Air name was chosen because it was developed to have great air flow and fragrance throw.

Does it come with an air filter?

No. The Scentsy Air is not an air purifier and does not need or use a filter.
