If your product is damaged in shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, it may be returned with no limitation in time. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable condition for an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date for a like product. Scentsy does not offer cash refunds.
