The perks of being a Scentsy Club subscriber just keep getting sweeter! Starting Thursday, Oct. 19, subscribers have access to a special Subscriber-exclusive products category!

Some products in this category may have been available before, but can now only be purchased by Scentsy Club subscribers. This category may include consumable and non-consumable products that are only available while supplies last and will vary over time.

Customers can also add additional items to their shopping bag from outside the Subscriber-exclusive products category.

To access this new subscribers’ exclusive category, go to the log-in menu on your PWS and click Subscriber-exclusive products:

New! Scentsy Club Rewards and Referral program

Get rewarded for using and sharing the products you love. With our new rewards and referrals program, you earn points for your own Scentsy Club purchases, plus twice as many points from people you refer — every time they receive a Club order! ·  1 point for every $1 spent on your Scentsy Club subscription. ·  2 points for every $1 spent by people you refer to Scentsy Club. Redeem your points for discounts of up to 50% off future Scentsy Club purchases or orders from our website. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer. It’s as simple as sharing a unique link. Here’s how it will work: When you shop Scentsy Club for yourself or refer friends and family who order from Scentsy Club, you’ll earn points you can use toward future orders in the Club or anywhere on our site — including warmers, diffusers, Scentsy Buddies and more!

You can earn points in two ways:

• You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in Scentsy Club.*
• You’ll earn 2 points for every $1 your referred members spend in Scentsy Club.*

To earn points for their referrals, our Scentsy Club customers will need to send their unique referral link to friends and family members, directing them to your our website to set up their club subscription. You can find this link by logging into your Scentsy Club account and going to the Rewards and Referrals tab.

Then, for every 25 points you earn, you can apply your points to get $1 off future Scentsy Club orders or any non-Scentsy Club order on our website.

• Earn 25 points, get $1 off
• Earn 500 points, get $20 off
• Earn 1,000 points, get $40 off
• And so on!

Points have no monetary value and may not be used on shipping or non-Scentsy Club licensed products. You may only redeem up to 50% off a total subscription or purchase amount at a time. Earned points expire after 180 days. Terms and conditions apply.

SCENTSY WHIFF BOX INFO

Every month, we’ll curate a new assortment of Scentsy fragrances and product lines — a Whiff Box — designed for you to purchase new, trending and seasonal items. What items would those be? Every month’s assortment is a surprise!

 Each Scentsy Whiff Box will include five to eight sample- and full-size consumable products (aka the stuff that runs out). You can always expect Scentsy wax in single-use cups and/or a Scentsy Bar or two. The remaining contents will vary depending on the products available in your country, either from Scentsy Laundry, Clean, Body or on-the-go products. Contents will arrive in a unique Scentsy-branded package with a seasonal note about the assortment and an exclusive “sniff preview” of the next Scent of the Month!

Each Scentsy Whiff Box, regardless of its contents, will be $35.   Products included will be discounted by roughly 15 percent of their individual retail price, making it a most fragrant value

You can order a Scentsy Whiff Box as a one-time purchase online, or you can receive it as often as you’d like by adding it to your Scentsy Club subscription!

SCENTSY CLUB FAQ:

What is Always Get My Bar? This is one of our favorite benefits exclusive to Scentsy Club members. Throughout the year, Scentsy Bars are discontinued to make room for new ones. The problem is, it’s disappointing when your very favorite fragrance is discontinued. But worry no more! If we discontinue a bar that’s in your subscription, we’ll keep making it just for you (as long as you keep it in your subscription)!

Here are some rules to be aware of:

• The discontinued bar must be added to a subscription while still available for sale to the general public.

• Total quantity and delivery frequency of a discontinued bar can be decreased, but not increased.

• Shipment of a discontinued bar can be skipped 1x in a 12 month period.

Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from the subscription.

• Always Get My Bar is intended for personal use only and is not intended for resale via parties, fairs or shows.

Is Scentsy Club replacing Customer Loyalty and VIP programs? If so, why? Yes. Customers and Consultants have told us they wanted just one easy program to purchase consumables. There was an opportunity to simplify our program offering and build on it with new benefits, like Always Get My Bar, that address long-standing requests from Consultants and their customers.

What happens to existing Customer Loyalty and VIP orders? Existing subscription orders will continue to deliver through September 2018. Customer Loyalty and VIP subscriptions will automatically roll over into the new Scentsy Club program for Scentsy Club shipments starting as early as October 2018, allowing customers to take advantage of more benefits! If customers choose to remove a Scentsy Bar from their subscription, can they add it back? Yes, if the bar is a current/available fragrance, it can be removed and added back at any time. If the bar is discontinued but is still being made just for Scentsy Club members (the Always Get My Bar perk), the quantity ordered can be reduced, but the bar itself cannot be removed and added back to the subscription — unless it’s made available for sale again in the future.

Can a Scentsy Club subscription order be included in a party order? No.

Do Scentsy Club orders count for Host Rewards? No.

How often do the contents of a Scentsy Whiff Box change? Scentsy Whiff Box contents change monthly to incorporate the latest trends and seasonal fragrances. Products are subject to change throughout the month due to availability. If products sell out, they will always be replaced with comparable items.

Am I able to customize the contents of a Scentsy Whiff Box before I order? Not at this time.

When will the contents of a Scentsy Whiff Box be shared? We share the product lines you might expect to see in a Scentsy Whiff Box, but to maintain the element of surprise for customers, specific contents for current and future months will not be published. As the month develops, social sharing may begin to indicate the month’s curated contents, but keep in mind that contents are subject to change due to product availability throughout the month.

Why were the contents of my Scentsy Whiff Box different than someone else’s? Scentsy Whiff Box contents are always subject to availability, and because products occasionally sell out, there may be variances within a box for a given month. If an item sells out, it will always be replaced with a similar product of equal value. Scentsy Whiff Box contents will also vary by country given that not all product lines are available in all countries.

How is Scentsy Whiff Box sold? You can order Scentsy Whiff Box as a one-time purchase, or a party order, online — or you can receive a new Scentsy Whiff Box as often as you’d like by adding it to your Scentsy Club subscription!

How do I make Scentsy Whiff Box auto-ship each month? This service is available only through a Scentsy Club subscription. Scentsy Club members can schedule recurring shipments of Scentsy Whiff Box — every month, two months or three months — to continue trying the latest Scentsy products on a regular basis.
